We make this real easy- if you don't like your new Festool send it back! We know you will love it, and we will make sure to match you with products that will be the most efficient. If you for some crazy reason you want to return your product it is wise to insure the package and request proof of delivery. Once we receive the product in new condition we credit you back in full. It is that easy!
