When I first bought my TS-55 saw I realized how cool, effective and efficient the guide rail was. It didn't take me long before I started lusting over the OF 1400 router and this guide stop.
In the past I have always had some issue with a router coming off my power tool edge guide. One quick moment of lost concentration can ruin a project and some prized wood. When I saw the OF 1400 and this guide stop I had to have it.
The guide stop attaches directly onto the rail and once the rail is clamped nothing will move. Your Dado's will not wander and at all.
Because the guide rail can be clamped at any angle to the work piece it is very adaptable and flexible with what it can do.
This little piece of plastic gives me confidence when I use my router for Dado's
