Festool Promotional Bit Kit (Model No.: M0041)

The Festool Promotional Router Bit Set has just arrived at Festool Junkie. This is a limitied addition to the Festool Arsenal; these bits are designed to work with the MFK 700 Modular Router. There are four bits in the set, and they come in a handy dandy Router Bit Systainer (SYS-OF D8/12) that will allow you to carry NUMEROUS router bits as well as the promotional bit set. The set contains:

The Replaceable knife router bit is designed for trimming edge banding; and is the perfect complement to the MFK's 1.5deg horizontal base. This bit features rotating replaceable knives. No need for sharpening, simply rotate the the fresh cutter edge.

The Edge Trimming Chamfer bit w/bearing is a two-stage bit for trimming laminate. It features both a 0deg and 45deg cutters with a "coated bearing". You shouldn't need to hand file anymore.

The Chamfer at 45deg and the 1.5deg offset horizontal base creates a slight chamfer break to the laminate edge.

The Roundover bit with bearing is a slick little guy. The 2mm roundover (5/64") radius is perfect breaking edges. This bit comes with another bearing that you can utilize to make a small decorative edge.

These bits are in limited quantity. We managed to pull a few in, so get 'em while you can.
