Festool and Festools are Moving Into The “Large-Internet-Retail-Woodworking-Stores”

The large internet retail woodworking stores are now selling Festool tools and accessories On-line. It is our hope that the people answering the phone lines at the catalog ordering centers are well versed in the nuances of all that is Festool. Festool and Festools and Festool Accessories are in many cases very specific to the applications the user is performing. It is our sincere hope that the operators answering the phones have had training on Festool; better yet, purchase and use the tools they are giving advice on as we do here everyday at FestoolJunkie. This of course is only our opinion, as we strive to proliferate Festool knowledge making the brand stronger for all.
I will challenge you though. Make a call, chat live with an order taker/operator at one of the large internet woodworking stores; Then call us, or any other longtime Online Festool Dealer, and you make the decision as to who really knows the product and who you would like to build a Festoolationship with!
