Fall is finally breaking through and it is time to be moving inside and into the shop or getting on those projects you have been contemplating all summer. FINALLY, you will get to use some power-tools. On top of the “honey-do” list for me is refinishing the wood stairs in the Festool Junkie family dwelling.

I have put together a bundle that I am going to use personally when “momma” says, “OK Timmy, it is now time to do the stairs.” Perhaps I will sell my wife this stair sanding bundle and she can do it herself. She digs power-tools as much as I do…she just might go for it!

There are other options of course. Rather than the RO 150 FEQ, you could go with the smaller RO 125 FEQ. Do choose one or the other. The Dual-Mode is very useful and time saving in removing old finish or glue if you have had carpet glues to the stair tread. Furthermore, the ROTEX sanders have a Random Orbit mode that allows you to finish the stairs without swirls. In essence “two sanders in one.”
